IT Support Associate II (L3)
Amazon Inc.
Working at the BFL1 Amazon fulfillment center has exposed me to a fast-paced,
customer centric, 24/7 operational, logistics machine. My job role involves anything from fixing thermal printers,
hand scanners, and troubleshooting basic laptop issues, to diagnosing building-wide network issues,
deep-diving into persistent technical issues, and resolving high impact network events.
IT Support Student Worker
Oregon State University - College of Engineering
The College of Engineering at OSU allowed me to expand my knowledge of computer
and peripheral troubleshooting, along with learning a significant amount about Microsoft SCCM and its
role in the IT infrastructure. I build software center packages for several years, and began to learn how to
build OS images for deployment via PXE boot using SCCM's imaging roles. I also helped with the migration of
our Windows Updates from WSUS to SCCM software update roles, and build update packages with specialized rules to
allow for smooth deployment of updates to our organization.
